No longer must folks in Eugene make do with Apple's digital Photo Booth on their home computers. Since last Summer, Voodoo Doughnuts near Kesey Plaza has operated the city's only old-school photo booth. For $4 you get a strip serializing 10 seconds of your life, printed on old fashioned photo paper damp with fixer stains and everything. Makes a great bookmark as well as a lifemark.
We made a stop last weekend with the kids, with results on the left. Thanks, Voodoo, for bringing a little slice of analog back into our lives, not to mention the Dirty Snowballs. Yet another in the slowly growing list of reasons to visit the scrappy whimsical carnival that is downtown Eugene.
