Important import?

This is the one photo I bought in Paris. I found it in a stack of old prints in a flea market. I think I chose this one because it felt like it had a story to it, both in the scene and in everything that's happened to the photo since then. It's just a minor slice of the past, but what are the odds these people would find themselves in Eugene a hundred years in the future?
