these are very interesting. is the format and subject a relatively new development for you? i don't know what you're shooting with, but it seems to work really well at tying together the elements in the frame while creating a sense of space beyond the edges. cool stuff. is there an exhibit of prints in the works? i want to see more! - dp
These were all shot on 6 x 7 color film, a format I've been exploring for the past year. I've posted some others in various blog entries, e.g. http://blakeandrews.blogspot.com/2007/12/seven-photographs-shot-last-week.html. No exhibit is in the works, partly because I haven't yet decoded what I am doing and primarily because I am not good enough yet at printing color.
