  3. More accurately f2.125 to f11.333.

    Focal length of human eye = 17mm
    Diameter of min. pupil aperture = 1.5mm
    Diameter of max. pupil aperture = 8mm

    Apparently.

  5. These are all good guesses, and probably within the natural variation of eye/pupil sizes across the population. However, I'm going to go with Mel Trittin's answer based on this Wikipedia entry: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/F-number#Human_eye.
